Is my project data safe?+
NDA on request, transfer over encrypted channels, files deleted after delivery, credentials never leave your project — the converter doesn't even copy them.
What exactly do I need to send?+
Per platform: .movprj + resources (Movicon 11), .UFProject folder (Movicon.NExT), gateway project export (Ignition). The free scan tells you if anything is missing.
How is equivalence verified?+
Automated: 7-point threshold sweep per alarm, structural match of every tag and binding, score in the report; certificate seals every file with SHA-256.
What is the shadow file?+
The lossless round-trip archive: everything the target format can't represent, preserved and restorable. Your migration is reversible.
Does the converter touch my running plant?+
No. It reads project files offline. Device connections are documented for you to recreate; nothing ever writes to a live control system.
What if my platform pair isn't listed?+
The parser architecture is modular; ask — priority pairs get built against real projects.
When will VB6 / zenon / InTouch be ready?+
They are in active development. In the meantime conversion for these platforms is already offered as an assisted service, and incoming scan requests decide which pair ships first — send yours.
Do you do the full migration as a service?+
Yes: conversion, target-side rework, testing and commissioning, quoted after the free scan.
